You will become part of our dynamic team, at the heart of the group's financial challenges, and play a crucial role in the financial consolidation of our European entities.
Under the guidance of the Senior Corporate Controllers for France and Southern Europe, you will be integrated into the teams responsible for the financial consolidation of the group's European entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis:
- Consolidation of monthly results from subsidiaries/countries (using HFM/FCC tools).
- Support and guidance for European financial teams.
- Preparation of various group reporting documents.
- Organization of meetings with the group:
- Preparation of presentation materials.
- Consolidation of explanations and bridges.
- Consistency checks.
- Monitoring the budgeting process:
- Communication of timelines.
- Support for European finance teams.
- Distribution of materials.
- Consolidation of results.
- Preparation of analytical support materials.
- Clients and competition:
- Consolidation of results from strategic clients.
- Assistance with responses to international RFQs.
- Calculation of group business contributions.
- Analysis of competition and monitoring of publications.
Skills Required:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IT tools (BI, Excel).
- Familiarity with consolidation tools (such as HFM or FCC).
- Ability to work with multicultural teams.
- Strong understanding of organizational structures.
- Knowledge of USGAAP standards.
- Ability to anticipate work cycles.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Autonomy and accountability.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Methodical and organized approach.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in management and/or finance.
- Experience in a consolidation department or financial management of a group.
- Excellent command of English is essential (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
