About the Position:
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Director to join our team at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our France Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for our Heinz and Bénédicta product categories in France.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a category vision and activation plan for our key focus channels
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to design value-creating plans
* Ensure alignment with overall category objectives and enhance long-term relationships
* Build an ambitious category vision for each sales channel, leveraging data analytics and consumer trends
* Devising long-term development strategies for our product categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demands
* Establish and monitor key financial metrics to ensure achievement of top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability targets
Qualifications:
* College Degree or Master Degree, preferably from a Business School
* Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG Industry
* Experience in category management or trade marketing
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to work independently in an analytical and structured way
* Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to drive results
* High proficiency in French and in English
