Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join our IT department at Up. As a PMO, you will be responsible for formalizing IT project processes, exercising PMO activities, and accompanying IT project managers in the conduct of their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formalize IT project processes, including budgeting, planning, access management, and instance tracking.
  • Exercise PMO activities, such as assisting project managers in the realization of project deliverables, and providing reporting and dashboard management.
  • Accompany IT project managers in the conduct of their projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
  • Participate in the uniformization of project management practices to professionalize the activity.
  • Control information remittance and ensure the production of reliable indicators (activity and financial indicators).

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Management or Project Management.
  • Interest in IT project management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

The position is based at the Up group's headquarters in Gennevilliers (RER C Les Grésillons).

Remuneration:

According to the duration and legal salary scale.
