En tant que Site Operations Assistant Manager, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Site Manager pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités au sein de notre site. Ce dernier est conçu pour gérer entre huit et douze cuisines.

Avec le soutien d'une équipe de 5 à 7 collaborateurs, votre mission principale sera d'optimiser la productivité des cuisines, avec pour objectif d'accélérer la livraison des repas tout en garantissant un service fiable pour notre clientèle. Vous serez également responsable de la sécurité alimentaire et physique de tous les intervenants.

Vos responsabilités incluront:

  • Veiller à l'envoi des commandes clients en respectant les directives opérationnelles;
  • Maintenir un contact constant avec l'équipe des opérations pour assurer une disponibilité optimale des livreurs et signaler toute difficulté rencontrée;
  • Rédiger un rapport quotidien au Site Operations Manager concernant les performances du site et les problèmes rencontrés;
  • Identifier les causes des problèmes opérationnels quotidiens et proposer des solutions adéquates;
  • Offrir un soutien technique et opérationnel pour toutes les activités commerciales;
  • S'assurer que tous les partenaires restaurateurs respectent les normes et exigences du site (hygiène, sécurité, gestion des stocks, etc.);
  • Surveiller et analyser la performance opérationnelle des partenaires restaurateurs, en cherchant des pistes d'amélioration;
  • Assurer le suivi de la maintenance des équipements du site et des cuisines partenaires.

Profil recherché: Nous recherchons une personne capable de gérer plusieurs problématiques simultanément tout en traitant une grande quantité d'informations.

  • Expérience antérieure dans le secteur de la restauration à un poste d'Assistant Manager.
  • Formation HACCP souhaitée.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à prendre des initiatives.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Respect des processus et aisance avec les chiffres.
  • Expérience préalable dans la gestion opérationnelle de la livraison souhaitée.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et d'autres outils informatiques.
  • Anglais requis.
