About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our IT team. As a key member of our Direction SI, you will be responsible for managing the agile profiles of our ops teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our solutions, platform, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the DSI vision to ops teams
- Define and maintain the framework for ops teams to operate within, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
- Recruit, manage, and develop the skills of ops team members
- Provide regular reporting on team activity
- Contribute to the definition of the vision and roadmap for our support train (CTO) in collaboration with the PM
- Drive digital transformation within the DSI teams
- Empower our solution teams to operate independently
- Ensure that solution teams operate within their designated scope
- Develop a cloud-native self-service platform and development factory
Requirements
