We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Director to join our EMEA corporate communications team in Paris. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SHEIN's corporate image and reputation in France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute corporate communications strategies to protect and grow our reputation, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support business growth in France.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, communications, government relations, and operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve our communications goals.
  • Manage relationships and partnerships with key French media, and coordinate communications responses to sensitive issues or crisis situations.
  • Lead corporate communications campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes, and leverage your expertise to counsel senior business leaders on communications issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in in-house or agency corporate communications roles, with significant time in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving corporate communications campaigns in France, managing projects on-time and on-budget to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Existing strong networks at a senior level with key media in France, and native-level French language fluency.
