As a Product Enablement Manager at Dassault Systèmes, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement through our direct and indirect sales channels. You will work closely with the Enablement team and other partner teams to develop and execute plans that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Field Engagement and Communication Plans: Understand key audiences and design plans to reach them, ensuring alignment with partner groups.
- Measurement Campaigns: Design surveys and develop data visualization skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collateral Management: Manage assets, own the collateral calendar, and track traffic across our ecosystem.
- Dashboarding: Learn to use our platform and apps to share, track, and manage work.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to program manage workstreams essential to driving our enablement strategy and proving results.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite in Waltham, MA, and some travel (domestic and international). We are looking for someone early to mid-career who wants to grow their career in a large B2B software company. If you have experience in a B2B tech company, particularly in sales, enablement, product marketing, customer success, or technical writing, we encourage you to apply. Proficiency in technology and the ability to learn new tools, including low-code and no-code tools, are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Fluent in English; fluency in French preferred
- Ability to travel Worldwide 10-15% of the time
