About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Enablement Manager to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our enablement function, you will play a critical role in driving engagement across our direct and indirect sales channels.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days onsite (monthly) in Waltham, MA, and some travel (domestic and international). If you are early to mid-career and looking to grow your career in a large B2B software company, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field engagement and communication plans to drive partner alignment and adoption.
  • Design and implement measurement campaigns to assess the effectiveness of our enablement strategies.
  • Manage collateral assets, track traffic, and drive alignment with partner groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, learn new tools, and customize reporting solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in French preferred.
  • Ability to travel Worldwide 10-15% of the time.
  • Past experience in a B2B tech company, preferably in roles such as Sales/Tech Sales/Pre-sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Technical Writing.
  • Proficient with technology and able to learn new tools, including low-code and no-code platforms.
What We Offer

At Dassault Systèmes, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
