Position: CRM Campaign Management Intern

As part of the CRM and Digital Strategy team, and under the guidance of the CRM Manager, you will support marketing project leaders in executing the CRM strategy across multiple platforms (physical retail and online sales) for our diverse brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute CRM initiatives across all platforms (retail and online) utilizing various communication methods (digital newsletters, promotional coupons):
- Gather requirements from marketing project leaders
- Identify and compile necessary resources (graphics, text, products...)
- Draft briefs for:
- Programming retail and online offers
- Creating marketing materials through our digital creative agency (content, personalization, tracking links...)
- Scheduling CRM campaign distributions
- Target audience selection
- Coordinate and oversee communications with various stakeholders (marketing project leaders, CRM project manager, Content team, e-commerce team, programming team, business analysts...)
- Manage approvals with marketing project leaders
- Review BAT
- Oversee the campaign distribution process in collaboration with the CRM project manager
- Monitor campaign launch
- Conduct preliminary analysis of campaign outcomes:
- Basic analysis on campaign distribution metrics (open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates...)
- Basic analysis on the commercial success of offers (distribution, return rates...)
- Update campaign tracking documents
- Create presentation materials
- Engage in various team initiatives
Profile:
You are pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Marketing/Communication from esteemed business schools or universities. You possess initial experience in digital marketing.
Your meticulousness, inquisitiveness, and analytical abilities are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position.
