Splunk Inc is a leading provider of unified security and observability solutions, empowering enterprises to build a safer and more resilient digital world. As a Major Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Enterprise Industry segments in the French market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Large accounts, driving visionary license, support, and service revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Managers and Partners to optimize account penetration and opportunity management.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises, leveraging your expertise in value selling and Splunk's offerings.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to position Splunk's solutions effectively in the market.
  • Utilize MEDDIC sales methodology and processes to drive success and overachievement.
  • Represent Splunk as a strong ambassador, showcasing our brand and values through internal and external interactions.
Requirements:
  • Substantial Enterprise Software selling experience with large major accounts in France.
  • Strong hunting mentality, with the ability to confidently close new business.
  • Executive presence and polish, with comfort working at the C-Suite level.
  • Understanding of forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy.
  • Outstanding time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience navigating CRM systems (SalesForce) extensively.
  • Consistent track record of sales success and knowledge of the French territory.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
