About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to build a positive and trusted relationship with key team members and C-suite decision makers within your territory. You will lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, taking responsibility for managing accounts and contract renewals, while creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

- Manage accounts and contract renewals, creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Data functions.
- Work closely with customers from initial contact to closing the account, emphasizing process and domain expertise.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding.
- Generate your own pipeline by handling inbound leads, leveraging your professional network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and maintaining relationships with lost opportunities.
- Position our platform to attract and secure new business by developing, communicating, and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline by adopting sales processes and methodologies while maintaining hygiene in CRM.
- Advocate on behalf of customers, bridging conversations between client requirements and engineering teams.
- Background in complex selling of SaaS solutions or technology across multiple industry segments.
- Experience selling at the C-level in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Consistent track record of leading extended teams and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems creatively.
- Ability to develop relationships and build trust quickly and effectively.
- Fluency in French and full working proficiency in English, as you will work on the French market within a global company.
