Lead Global Legal Advisor

As a Lead Global Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting various teams at both the corporate headquarters and local offices on a diverse range of legal matters that are often unconventional and carry significant multicultural implications.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation and Benefits: Provide expert advice on compensation structures and employee benefits.
- International Mobility: Oversee intra-group mobility matters, including secondments and expatriations.
- Recruitment and Career Management: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment processes, career progression strategies, and the drafting and monitoring of employment agreements for senior management.
- Staff Representation: Offer guidance on the management of employee representation bodies and trade unions on a global scale.
- Collaboration: Engage daily with operational teams, including production and technology, as well as departments such as Social Relations, Data Protection, Corporate Tax, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, to address the social law implications of innovative projects while considering local legal and cultural nuances.
- Corporate Support: Provide legal support for corporate initiatives and the transformation of organizations on an international level.
- Litigation Management: Occasionally advise and assist HR teams in managing international litigation matters.
- Legal Landscape Monitoring: Stay informed about changes in the legal environment and HR trends within the gaming industry and other disruptive sectors that may impact human resources.
- Training and Support: Mentor and train HR teams globally on best practices in social law.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in similar roles within international contexts, including significant exposure to multinational corporations. A robust educational background in social law is essential, along with a keen interest in foreign legislation and HR practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels are crucial. You should be agile, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, as a substantial portion of your interactions will be with English-speaking colleagues.
