Position Overview

As a Sales & Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand awareness within the Mid Ireland region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our customer base and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels within Mid Ireland.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to retail teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Create and manage action plans designed to enhance sales performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a beauty expert, conducting engaging sell-out events at retail locations to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a well-organized schedule, effectively managing your time and reporting progress to the National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and develop account management expertise.
  • Highly self-motivated, autonomous individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in the beauty industry is not required.
