Your Role at HubSpot

As a Mid-Market Sales Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with small to medium-sized enterprises to support their expansion. By employing proactive and inbound sales techniques, you will be tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as enhancing customer engagement with the HubSpot platform over time. Leveraging your knowledge in digital transformation and change management, you will act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, overseeing the sales process from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans for your territory
  • Identify potential clients through inbound inquiries and self-generated leads
  • Conduct qualification discussions with C-level executives and departmental leaders
  • Meet sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing customer base monthly
  • Engage with internal advocates and C-level decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies
  • Deliver online and in-person product demonstrations
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years in a sales role with quota responsibilities
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience in complex sales environments
  • Proficient in presenting to C-level executives
  • Strong skills in pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Trained in recognized sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler)
