Vous rejoignez la direction de la conformité en tant que Compliance Officer, rattaché directement au Swap Dealer & Securities-based Swap Dealer (SBSD) Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) de Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking à Paris.
Missions- Travailler de manière proactive et en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes des équipes Conformité Marchés, Opérations, Risques, Affaires juridiques, Finance et IT.
- Rédiger et réviser les politiques et procédures de conformité.
- Préparer le rapport annuel de conformité Swap Dealer et Securities-Based Swap Dealer de Natixis en complément du rapport RCSI.
- Revoir et renforcer l'efficacité du dispositif de « substitute compliance » entre les règles européennes et américaines.
- Comprendre les problèmes de conformité auxquels sont confrontés les équipes Marchés France et international et les accompagner.
- Aider à la préparation des comités de gouvernance et de supervision.
- Participer aux comités de conformité et suivre les recommandations de l'audit interne et des régulateurs.
