We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Modern Trade Cluster in France, Netherlands, and Belgium. As Head of Modern Trade Cluster, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive long-term commercial strategy, building on strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the cluster, aligned with company goals and customer KPIs.
- Lead the account team to develop, set, and deliver annual sales revenue plans.
- Ensure in-store execution, standards of distribution, display, and promotion meet company expectations.
- Nurture key customer relationships up to Category Director level.
- Develop and implement channel-specific strategies and customer business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, especially in the online area, with a coherent plan to deliver against.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
- Fluent French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of senior sales experience in FMCG, with a proven track record of developing favourable trading terms and significant account 'wins'.
- Proven knowledge of the French off-trade market and experience managing national relationships with major multiple retailers.
