Job DescriptionReporting to the Member Relations Department, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with key players within the construction materials sector. Your objective is to guide members and prospects in complying with the Extended Producer Responsibility for Construction Products and Materials (REP PMBC).
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a portfolio of 'market players' members within the REP PMCB framework, supporting the assigned Sector Manager and collaborating with the Partner Relations Department.
- Lead the entire sales cycle (identification, qualification, contact initiation...)
- Inform market players about their regulatory obligations related to construction waste recycling.
- Promote our services and advocate for the eco-organization's mission.
- Assist members in understanding and implementing their regulatory obligations to fully comply with the REP scheme and benefit from our organization's expertise and resources.
- Report member needs to Sector Managers.
- Actively engage with sectors by effectively communicating industry news to sector members.
- Participate in sector activities (organizing workgroups and sector committees).
- Collaborate on cross-sector projects:
- Work with internal teams (IT Department, Operations, Marketing & Communication Department, etc.) in developing new tools or services for the sectors concerned (compliance, eco-design, communication...).
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. You have proven experience in sales or client portfolio management, with a genuine interest in recycling, construction products, and an understanding of administrative procedures.
Ideally, you possess knowledge of the Building sector, recycling practices, and eco-organizations.
Recognized for your service-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, you possess strong oral and written communication skills. Methodical and detail-oriented, with a good command of office tools.
Autonomous and proactive, your flexibility allows you to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
