About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Aftermarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new equipment sales, after-market, and other activities to achieve a strong and sustainable presence on the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer experience and enhance value chain business and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals and ensure flawless cooperation with HCME HQ Product Management Dept, After Sales Dept, local dealers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Account Management, Budgets/Target/Business Development, Product support and Customer Support Management, and Team Management.
Requirements:
- Experienced professional from the construction equipment industry.
- Technical education (priority), business development education (is a plus).
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
