Job Title: Renew Solutions Sales Specialist

HP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Renew Solutions team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for selling HP's refurbished devices and services to our customers, focusing on the circular economy and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase HP's market share in refurbished devices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including demos and presentations of HP's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, pursuit, and delivery teams, to develop strategic approaches for sales and territory management.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotas.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HP's products and services, including refurbished devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
