Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Select Assistants. As the Executive Assistant to one of our top sales executives, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for processing customer orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to handle customer inquiries and provide quotes over the phone or via email.
  • You will manage phone calls and minimize the executive's call volume, allowing them to focus on closing deals.
  • Maintain and manage calendars, schedule important meetings, and ensure the executive's day runs efficiently.
  • Handle billing tasks, including generating reports on receivables and tracking payments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Organize and prioritize daily administrative tasks, ensuring all business operations flow smoothly.

Ideal Profile

We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a background in sales support or customer service. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
