Executive Assistant Role

At Select Assistants, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing the owner's calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are efficiently scheduled with reminders and prep materials in place.
  • Client Engagement: They will follow up on client action items and provide summaries to keep the owner prepared for recurring meetings and engagements.
  • Social Media Oversight: The selected candidate will drive the company's online presence by managing and enhancing content across social media platforms, helping to boost brand visibility.
  • Event Preparation: They will create lesson plans and handouts for networking events and public speaking engagements, offering both creative and logistical support.
  • Client Communication: As a point of contact for clients, the Executive Assistant will ensure projects are completed on time and at the highest service level.
  • Billing Oversight: The role requires managing invoicing, ensuring billing processes are accurate and timely.
  • Email Management: The Executive Assistant will organize and manage emails across three main accounts, flagging important communications for timely responses.

Ideal Profile:

  • Executive Support Experience: The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting executives, preferably in consulting or fast-paced business environments.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to independently manage complex schedules and responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills for clear client communications and social media content creation.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Experienced in managing social media platforms and enhancing online engagement.
  • Billing Expertise: Familiarity with invoicing and financial document preparation.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at managing multiple priorities and addressing client needs effectively.
