Position: Production Workshop Manager at Safran Electronics & Defense
- Oversee a workforce of 25 production operators
- Coordinate tasks to ensure optimal distribution of workload and resources
- Deploy human, material, and organizational assets to achieve SQCDPI targets
- Enhance the skills, adaptability, and training of team members
- Drive initiatives for improving production methodologies and product quality
- Motivate the team towards the strategic objectives of Safran Electronics & Defense
- Facilitate effective communication with support departments
- Lead troubleshooting and interdisciplinary teams
- Possess knowledge of ERP systems and manage related processes
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in managing industrial teams
- Strong skills in listening, precision, and responsiveness
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities for collaborative work
- Proactive approach with critical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
Job Specifics:
This is a daytime role with occasional travel requirements.
