Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, prepare, and transmit all financial, accounting, and tax documents for the company and assess the validity of supporting documents
- Prepare elements necessary for the preparation of annual financial statements (income statement and balance sheet)
- Verify the consistency of accounting entries with bank transactions, alert in case of irregularities, and make corrections with the support of the operational team
- Archive all accounting documents related to general accounting
- Maintain relationships with external financial stakeholders (banks, accountants, auditors, tax and social organizations, etc.)
- Consolidate and update all data and tracking indicators related to accounting activities
- Suggest improvements to optimize accounting tools and procedures
- Manage expense reports (verify receipts, control compliance with rules, etc.)
Profile:
You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5 years of experience in a similar position. You should be autonomous in accounting tasks up to tax returns.
