Job Description

As a Terminal Development Lead at CMA CGM, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various terminal projects, including greenfield terminals, brownfield, M&A, inland terminals, and major expansions and improvements at existing facilities. You will work closely with the Business Development teams to identify new project deals and ensure their successful implementation. Your role will involve managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as liaising with technical functions and stakeholders to drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
  2. Liaise with Business Development teams to identify new project deals
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of terminal projects, including greenfield terminals, brownfield, M&A, inland terminals, and major expansions and improvements
  4. Work closely with technical functions and stakeholders to drive projects forward
  5. Ensure adequate governance is in place and adhered to throughout the projects
  6. Actively oversee a risk management process for each project
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in senior management roles within container terminal development or operations
  • Management level experience with implementing high capex infrastructure and equipment programs
  • Experience in building multi-cultural teams and managing stakeholders across cultures
  • Strong leadership profile with ability to align functions and resources towards a common plan
  • Native or fluent in English and French considered an advantage
