About the PMO Team
The PMO team is a group of experienced project management and coordination experts who work internally to support SUEZ's various entities in managing and leading their projects and programs.
Your Missions
As a PMO Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accompanying clients in understanding, challenging, and defining their projects and programs.
- Defining and driving transformation projects (organizational, human, commercial, etc.) and accelerating innovative projects.
- Defining and tracking key project management and coordination deliverables.
- Affecting tasks to be performed to team members and monitoring their progress.
- Participating in analyzing the impact of the project/program on the organization, business, tools, and company culture.
- Defining and driving the deployment of strategies and change management plans, in line with the impacts collected and analyzed.
- Mobilizing sponsors and engaging stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and reporting.
Additional Responsibilities
As a PMO Consultant, you will also contribute to the development of our business by:
- Providing methodological support for our accompaniment offers.
- Coaching and upskilling our junior PMOs.
- Developing our expertise.
- Continuously improving our team's practices.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A graduate degree from a top business school or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management and program coordination.
- Fluency in English to work in an international context.
- Ability to produce high-quality project management deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and mobilize cross-functional actors.
- Appetite for the field, management, and industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage others.
- Autonomy, initiative, reactivity, and ability to take a step back.
- Strong proposal skills, analytical and synthesis skills for complex problems.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
What Sets You Apart
We are looking for candidates with:
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) and change management (Prosci).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
