The PMO team, reporting to the Internal Council Director of SUEZ, is a team of project management and coordination experts who work from within to support the various entities of the SUEZ group in managing and driving their projects and programs.

Your Missions

In concrete terms, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accompanying our clients in understanding, challenging, and defining their projects and programs.
  • Defining and driving transformation projects (organizational, human, commercial, etc.) and accelerating innovative projects.
  • Defining and tracking key project management and coordination deliverables.
  • Assigning tasks to be performed to team members and driving their progress.
  • Creating operational tools related to the deployment and management of transformation projects/programs.
  • Analyzing the impact of the project/program on the organization, the business, tools, and company culture.
  • Defining and implementing change management strategies, in line with the impacts collected and analyzed.
  • Mobilizing sponsors and engaging stakeholders to ensure good communication, coordination, and reporting.
  • Leading training sessions and coaching on project management and coordination.

And that's not all As a PMO Senior, you will be part of our management committee and actively participate in the development of our reactivity through:

  • Methodological support for our accompaniment offers.
  • Coaching and skills development for our PMOs.
  • Leadership of our accompaniments.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Continuous improvement of team practices

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • A graduate degree from a Grande École or equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in project management and program coordination.
  • Certification in project management or coordination (PMP, Agile, etc.).
  • Fluency in English to evolve in an international context.
  • Ability to develop and manage business opportunities (prospecting, responding to tenders, managing and tracking missions, etc.).
  • Ability to produce high-quality project management deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects independently and mobilize cross-functional actors.
  • Aptitude for the field, management, and industrial environment.
  • Communication skills and ability to bring people together.
  • Autonomy, initiative, reactivity, and ability to take a step back.
  • Proposition skills, ability to analyze and synthesize complex problems.
  • High adaptability and flexibility.

The Plus That Will Make a Difference:

  • Certifications in change management: Prosci.
  • Mastery of Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
