This role is critical in ensuring compliance with export control regulations and maintaining the highest level of performance and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement export control strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process and logistic data quality, preventing customs blockages.
- Support business teams in maintaining performance and compliance levels.
- Ensure export control rules are fully applied, and classifications are available to meet delivery expectations.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including export control, technical raters, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Guarantee export control rules are applied locally, alerting when necessary, and following export control violations.
- Lead Practical Problem Solving (PPS) for anomalies detected and ensure harmonization with the German counterpart.
- Train business actors on export control basics and classification rules, ensuring process improvement and support process updates.
- Verify process adherence, monitor mandatory classifications, and perform data correction to avoid custom blockages.
- Perform data analysis to assess business impact before new rule implementation and support projects on export control topics.
