Job Overview:

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced professional to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the business is implemented in compliance with Screening, Sanctions, and Human Rights regulations and Airbus policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain processes in compliance with Airbus policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of Screening, Sanctions, and Human Rights regulations on the business.
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Supplier (KYS) processes, including screening companies and individuals.
  • Perform Sanctions and Human Rights screening in the Airbus screening tool, identifying alerts and dealing with them in compliance with Airbus policies.
  • Review transactions with Export Control/Human Rights sanctioned countries and parties in compliance with Airbus Directives and Methods.
  • Collaborate with the Export Control Program Office Screening and Sanctions Team to ensure harmonization, compliance, and escalate red flags or business issues.
  • Provide legal support in relation to contract wording and negotiations.
  • Deliver Screening, Sanctions, and Human Rights training to business functions in line with the training strategy.
  • Implement KPIs and reports on the activities.

Your Profile:

  • Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in Legal or in Export Control.
  • Legal background.
  • Experience on sanctions and export controls requirements and its application into the business.
  • Knowledge of US, EU, and national sanctions and export control rules and regulations.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Good English level.
