Agrivoltaic Project Developer

FACYL Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agrivoltaic Project Developer to join our growing team.
As an Agrivoltaic Project Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, and developing innovative agrivoltaic projects across your assigned territory. You will work closely with internal experts, local stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project implementation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the potential of agrivoltaic projects within your designated region, collaborating with agricultural and renewable energy specialists.
- Develop innovative and tailored agrivoltaic project designs that align with local needs and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with municipalities, elected officials, community groups, and other key stakeholders to foster trust and support for agrivoltaic initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local farmers, landowners, and businesses to secure land access and project collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant energy and agricultural regulations throughout the project development lifecycle.
- Promote the benefits of agrivoltaics to local communities through presentations, workshops, and public engagement activities.
Your Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in agronomy, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project development within the agricultural or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills are essential.
- Strong understanding of French agriculture and renewable energy policies and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sustainable development and the agrivoltaic industry is highly desirable.
