Position: Logistics Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead a team of Store Advisors and ensure efficient management of the storage facility, encompassing both indoor and outdoor areas.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients in the materials yard and overseeing daily operations
- Directing the Logistics team (8 members): planning schedules, prioritizing tasks, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations
- Overseeing inventory management and stock levels
- Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing materials and scheduling deliveries
- Managing storage spaces: organization and packaging
- Conducting routine physical and system inventory audits
- Executing daily and annual stock assessments
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in storage zones and loading/unloading areas
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Experience in managing logistics teams
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, inventory management software)
- Preferably CACES 3 certification
