Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Management Excellence Owner to join our team. As a key member of our KAM community, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the best standards of key account management and driving growth and customer-centric innovations.
Main Responsibilities
- Community Animation: Create a dynamic and interactive environment that encourages best practice sharing, collaborative problem solving, and collective progress.
- Capabilities Enhancement: Equip key account managers with the highest standards of knowledge, tools, and practices needed to foster growth and sustain meaningful relationships with key customers.
- KAM Process Leadership: Oversee the KAM process by animating the governance and consolidating market needs on a global scale.
- Project Facilitation: Ensure the seamless execution of major KAM projects by identifying and removing blocking points.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on the performance metrics related to the group's strategic customers, leading initiatives designed to improve these outcomes.
Requirements
You hold a master's degree with at least 5 years of successful international experience managing key accounts, particularly with industrial customers. Your main skills include strategic vision, business acumen, account portfolio management, leadership, collaboration, communication, and influence.
