Centric Software Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant, Retail Planning to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by delivering innovative planning solutions to our customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing customer business requirements to propose tailored planning solutions
- Collaborating with the sales team to qualify prospects and develop targeted sales pitches
- Delivering in-depth presentations of our planning solution suite to customers
- Configuring planning solutions to meet customer needs through product presentations and supporting materials
- Producing written specifications highlighting product features and benefits
- Designing solutions for complex customer requirements and pain points
- Preparing response documentation for RFI/RFP requests
- Providing technical leadership and support for proposal and project teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering
- Significant experience with software planning, optimization, and analytics
- Excellent presentation and application demonstration skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
