Our client, a prominent firm specializing in waterproofing and cladding solutions, boasts a robust national footprint. With a workforce exceeding 2000 and a network of 60 locations across France, this organization undertakes a multitude of projects annually. To support their expansion, we are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor with expertise in waterproofing and cladding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation: Assessing material and labor requirements, scheduling, and procurement.
- Project Management: Overseeing the execution and advancement of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Directing both internal teams and subcontractors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating relationships with all project participants, including owners, architects, clients, and subcontractors.
- Client Interaction: Organizing and facilitating site meetings to maintain clear communication.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring all sites meet health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an engineering school in construction or civil engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar positions within the building envelope sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, a collaborative spirit, and meticulous attention to detail.
