About the RoleMission:
As the Head of Machine Learning Platform at CFM, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a robust infrastructure for the implementation and deployment of machine learning models.
You will play a key role in managing machine learning operations, from designing data preparation to deploying models into production.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Maintain Machine Learning Infrastructure: Develop a scalable and reliable machine learning infrastructure that meets the needs of our data science teams.
- Collaborate with Data Science Teams: Work closely with data science teams to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration of ML models into the platform, from conception to production.
- Integrate with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate the platform into CFM's technological ecosystem and stack.
- Manage Data Preparation and Availability: Manage data preparation and availability processes for model training.
- Implement Version Control and Documentation: Implement version control and documentation practices to ensure model traceability.
- Oversee Model Deployment: Oversee model deployment on cloud environments, ensuring security and scalability.
- Ensure Data Security and Compliance: Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Lead Model Optimization Efforts: Lead model optimization efforts to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage a Team of ML/MLOps Engineers: Manage a team of ML/MLOps engineers working on the machine learning platform.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Technological Advancements: Stay abreast of technological advancements for continuous awareness of developments in machine learning.
- Ensure Global Efficiency and Relevance: Ensure the global efficiency and relevance of the ML Platform in relation to CFM's business needs.
- Demonstrated Experience: A demonstrated experience in designing and managing machine learning platforms.
- Strong Understanding of Machine Learning: A strong understanding of machine learning concepts, best practices, and popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- In-Depth Knowledge of MLOps Ecosystem: An in-depth knowledge of MLOps ecosystem, solutions, tooling, and underlying cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in Programming Languages: A proficiency in programming languages and data processing frameworks (typically Python, Spark).
- Real Experience of Project Management: A real experience of project management, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in Managing Security: An experience in managing the security of machine learning models and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Ability to Solve Complex Problems: You are known for your ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions.
