About the Role

Doctolib is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Learning and Development to lead our learning and development initiatives. As a key member of the People Development & Culture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Global Head of Learning and Development, you will:

  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Learning Strategy

Design and implement a learning strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports the development of our employees.

Lead a Team of Learning Professionals

Manage a team of learning designers, tools & operations partners, and program managers to deliver high-quality learning programs and services.

Collaborate with Business Stakeholders

Work closely with business stakeholders across all levels of the organizational hierarchy to understand their learning needs and develop targeted learning solutions.

Measure and Evaluate Learning Impact

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of learning programs and services on employee performance and business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Learning and Development

Proven experience in developing and implementing learning strategies that drive business results.

Strong Leadership and Management Skills

Ability to lead and manage a team of learning professionals to deliver high-quality learning programs and services.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted learning solutions.

Fluency in English and French

Fluency in English and French is required, with Italian or German being a plus.
