Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Retail Operations to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, including managing retail stores, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of retail leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of retail leaders to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer experience and sales skills
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement loss prevention and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of success
- 3+ years of experience in retail planning and buying, with a strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising
- Fluency in Dayforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS systems
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak shifts
