Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Identify and create marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners in the Fashion and Beauty industry.
Manage Strategic Client ConversationsManage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Client Education and AdoptionEducate clients on Meta's products, new solutions, and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnerships.
Data-Driven Decision MakingUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives.
Relationship BuildingBuild and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners in the Fashion and Beauty industry.
Media, Measurement, and Creative StrategyAdvise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals.
Collaboration and Project ManagementCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams and manage complex workstreams to drive business results.
Internal Account OperationsManage internal account operations, including revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Effective Problem-Solving and Decision Making

Project Management and Attention to DetailAble to lead multiple cross-functional projects while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Customer Marketing Funnel and Marketing EcosystemSolid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Team ExperienceExperience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally).
Marketing, Media, and Consulting Experience5 years minimum experience working directly with marketing, media, and/or consulting companies.
Language SkillsFluency in French and English.
Consultative SkillsAbility to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ad Tech and Data Experience
Passion for ad tech, working with data, knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages a plus.
Meta User and Ad Products ExperienceExperience working directly with/at agencies (advertising/digital/media), industry experience, or consulting background as well as in the Fashion and/or Beauty sectors.
