Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our international marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies, including trade shows and webinars.
  • Energize our international account management team with our cutting-edge Engineering Solutions, driving collaboration throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deeply understand client strategies and requirements, translating them into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate expertise in commercial strategy, crafting and executing clear deal-closing plans for complex customer engagements based on value-based selling methodology.
  • Engage effectively with C-level and management at customer organizations to drive sales success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in business development within the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes, technology, and automation architecture in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communicator, customer-oriented, and a team player who creates value through collaboration.
  • Take ownership, prioritize quality, and understand the impact of efficiency and agility on customer success.
  • A true sales hunter; closing deals and driving growth is your forte.
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written, with strong proficiency in English.
