Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Contract Management: Manage complex commercial agreements, including license and professional services agreements, to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with sales and services teams to provide strategic legal advice and support, driving business growth and expansion in Benelux and other EMEA countries.
- Corporate Governance: Assist with group acquisitions and mergers, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Provide expert advice on corporate and commercial matters, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
