Digital Adoption Specialist

Goodays is a leading Customer Experience Management Platform in Europe, dedicated to making commerce better for everyone. We're looking for a skilled Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Support stores in their digital transformation and help them develop a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Collaborate with client teams to define support plans, deploy our solution, and provide user support throughout the client lifecycle.
- Ensure follow-up and support for clients during the launch phase and develop action plans for customers during the run phase.
- Propose and deploy support plans for users in stores during project launches.
- Guarantee the adoption of our platform by end-users through dedicated action plans, monitoring of adoption KPIs, and organizing actions and programs.
- Optimize our processes and enrich our best practices to strengthen Goodays' presence in users' daily lives.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a sense of innovation to maintain and enhance our support solutions.
- Organized and methodical, with strong project management skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and experience cultivating productive executive champion relationships.
- Flexibility and understanding of a fast-paced, commercially oriented tech company culture, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude, accustomed to working in an international environment.
- Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships, with a collaborative team spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Practical sense and strong customer relationship intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ease in leading meetings and adapting to all types of interlocutors.
