Digital Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team at Goodays. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of our Customer Experience Management Platform by our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support Client Digital Transformation: Collaborate with clients to develop a mindset and behaviors focused on customer obsession, driving digital transformation and business growth.
- Client Onboarding and Support: Facilitate the onboarding of users to Goodays, provide user support throughout the client's lifecycle, and ensure the deployment of our solution.
- Action Plan Development: Develop and execute dedicated action plans to guarantee the adoption of the platform by end-users, monitor adoption KPIs, and organize actions and programs to enhance user engagement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize our existing processes and enrich our best practices to strengthen Goodays' presence in our users' daily lives.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a Business/Communication School (or equivalent university education) and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as trainer, digital project manager, customer service, or change management.
- Language Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in French and Spanish a plus.
- Desired Skills: Creativity, curiosity, and a sense of innovation, with the ability to maintain and enhance our support solutions; organized and methodical, with strong project management skills; excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
