About the Role

Hermès is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer advisor to join its European e-commerce entity and customer relation center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions from initial contact to resolution, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Provide product information, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the e-Retail Department to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Central European team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer experience.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
