Overview of the Communication & Engagement Division:

Within the Group Brand, Communication, and Corporate Responsibility department of AXA Group, the Communication & Engagement division plays a pivotal role in connecting with both internal and external stakeholders to cultivate, protect, and enhance AXA's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

The Communication Project Officer will be an integral member of the Strategic Planning and Corporate Communications team, tasked with overseeing the effective execution of communication initiatives and providing expert guidance to structure, implement, and disseminate communication campaigns and significant events at the Group level.

This role involves direct collaboration with communication professionals within the team, various entities, Group partners, and external service providers.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Serving as the primary project manager for all digital events organized at the group level, including content development, script assistance, and technical arrangements at the Majunga TV studio, in close cooperation with external vendors and technical teams.
  • Demonstrating expertise in managing both internal and external physical events, such as Vivatech and corporate meetings, collaborating with Communication Officers or Project leads to ensure the application of innovative communication strategies and formats.
  • Actively participating in the operational execution of global communication campaigns (both internal and external) and corporate agendas.
  • Providing robust support to the team in creating high-quality materials, including presentations, videos, and posters.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all projects within the defined scope and budget, while identifying and escalating risks and issues to the campaign/project lead as necessary.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Group & Entities) to ensure that all initiatives are customized, relevant, and beneficial to users.
  • Assisting in the management and evaluation of external vendors, such as those providing connected events or communication content.
  • Contributing to the assessment of project impacts in relation to the KPIs established by the department.
  • Ensuring compliance with Data Privacy, Procurement, and Security protocols throughout the project lifecycle, when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient project management and communication capabilities.
  • Strong aptitude for managing complex, cross-functional international projects.
  • Expertise in organizing digital events, including relevant technical skills.
  • Solid understanding of corporate event management.
  • Excellent command of English (Proficiency/native level).

Interpersonal Attributes:

  • Self-sufficient with a strong initiative.
  • Inquisitive and committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach.
  • Empathetic and a collaborative team player.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communication or marketing within a large organization or agency.
