Project Coordinator

As a Project Planner - Programme Management, you will work closely with a team of planners to develop and manage Level 2 programmes in Primavera on behalf of the Client. This role requires excellent Primavera (P6) knowledge and experience of major projects containing integrated schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage Level 2 programmes in Primavera, working closely with the Client and supply chain teams.
- Review programme elements of scope documents as part of procurements, ensuring compliance with NEC4 requirements.
- Interfacing with supply chain to review programmes and updating progress in the Level 2 from Supply Chain and Client project teams.
- Manage programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Support re-baseline of the Level 2 programme and manage baseline changes, developing 'what-if' scenarios as required.
- Reporting to various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication.
- Excellent Primavera (P6) knowledge and experience of major projects containing integrated schedules.
- Substantial experience of planning services in medium to large-sized projects within the construction industry and regulated industries.
- Good understanding of the various forms of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications.
- Good understanding of the various methods of planning, programme, and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of risk and opportunity management with reference to planning & programming.
- Good understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, including writing reports and presenting.
