About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our EMEA recruiting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional candidate experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Datadog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and candidate stages in our applicant tracking system and externally on various career sites and job boards.
  • Schedule all on-site and video conference interviews.
  • Provide a top-notch candidate experience by greeting interview candidates and ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Manage the new hire process by drafting offer letters, connecting with references, and reviewing background check reports.
  • Plan and attend recruiting events to help pipeline new talent.
  • Partner with other team members to improve and streamline processes when needed.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Keep the recruiting team and hiring managers informed with your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional, enthusiastic, and extremely organized.
  • Able to support fast-paced recruitment activity in an ever-changing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment.
  • Multi-tasking guru who can effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to Human Resources or Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
