Job Summary:
The Technical Recruiter, Engineering - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process for our Engineering hires. This role will be the face of recruiting at Datadog, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the full process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize all facets of a candidate's interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing communication workflow, coordinating travel/reimbursement, and drafting and sending offer letters.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the full process.
- Manage interviewer training program through capacity planning in collaboration with engineering managers and recruiters.
- Support interviewers through organizing continuous training, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Work closely with recruiter and other recruiting coordinators to improve processes and current practices.
- Help reach hiring goals by collaborating effectively within teams and across departments.
Requirements:
- A 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges and provide top-notch support to candidates.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to catch small details and support fast-paced recruitment activity.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey thoughts and ideas through writing and speaking.
- Bonus: Previous experience with recruiting tools or in a coordination role.
