About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Expert Lead to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect our infrastructure and data.
  • Lead technical projects to design and deploy new cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they meet our security standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project development and life cycles, improving and optimizing our security posture.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in risk management and cybersecurity.
  • Information security certifications, such as CISSP-ISSAP or CISM, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with working knowledge of French a plus.
