Job Description

At AXA, we are committed to protecting what matters most to our clients. As a Security Expert Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the cybersecurity operations team to identify and mitigate security risks, and ensure the implementation of effective security controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project development and life cycles, and ensure the security of our infrastructure and applications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on security-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant experience in a similar technical IT management role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in risk management and security operations.
  • Information security and/or information technology industry certification (CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in advisory roles on IT security for business projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities.
