PredictCan Biotechnologies is a biotech company that specializes in developing advanced patient-derived 3D models to predict and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs and drug-induced liver injury (DILI). Our technology is suitable for personalized medicine and can generate cohorts of healthy subjects and/or patients to analyze the response to therapeutics based on non-genetic factors such as age and/or sex.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to ensure our national and international development by promoting and selling our new product and its service activity. The successful candidate will lead, plan, and develop the sales activity of the company, organize selling campaigns, design and enforce our sales process, and manage business relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market segmentation and sub-segmentation
  • Lead sales activity and develop sales strategies
  • Organize selling campaigns and promote our product
  • Design and enforce our sales process
  • Manage business relationships with customers
  • Manage budget and provide reliable forecasts
  • Contribute to building and animating our community by generating content and sharing experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market needs and feedback from customers
  • Participate in events and conferences to promote our company and products
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the preclinical market ecosystem
  • Experience in human 3D preclinical models (culture + testing)
  • Portfolio of customers working on drug discovery (lead optimization, lead characterization, DMPK, ADME, Tox,...)
  • Previous experience with complex and long-term deals with big pharma & biotech
  • Experience launching a new preclinical product + service on the market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and convincing with high negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric
  • Fluent (oral & written) in English is a must. A good level in French is also expected.
