Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive our national and international growth by promoting and selling our cutting-edge product, GenuineSelect-TOX, and its associated service activity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze market segmentation and sub-segmentation to identify key opportunities
  • Lead, plan, and develop sales activities to drive business growth
  • Organize and execute selling campaigns for GenuineSelect-TOX
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance our sales process
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Manage budgets and provide reliable forecasts
  • Contribute to building and animating our community by generating content and sharing experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market insights and customer feedback
  • Participate in events and conferences to promote the company and its products
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the preclinical market ecosystem
  • Experience with human 3D preclinical models (culture + testing)
  • A portfolio of customers working on drug discovery
  • Previous experience with complex and long-term deals with big pharma & biotech
  • Experience launching new preclinical products + services on the market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and convincing with high negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric
  • Fluent in English (oral & written) and a good level in French
